Overview

The ES110 is TAYON's high-performance outward-opening (casement) thermal break aluminum window system, designed for projects that need dependable weather performance without a heavy visual frame. The system is built on 6063-T5 aluminum profile with a choice of 1.8mm or 2.0mm main frame wall thickness, so a project team can specify a cost-optimized configuration or a higher-performance configuration on the same base platform.

A flush frame-and-sash design keeps the visible sightline as narrow as 26mm, giving elevations a clean, contemporary look while maintaining structural integrity. The equal-pressure gasket is welded into the frame as a single continuous seal rather than assembled from cut lengths, which improves long-term water and air tightness and makes the window easier to clean and maintain over its service life.

At the adapter/transom joints — typically the most vulnerable point for water ingress in a window system — the ES110 uses multiple sealing strips to build a layered water barrier. Glazing beads use a reinforced cavity structure to increase wind-pressure resistance, while inner and outer gaskets clamp the glass from both sides to improve sealing and simplify on-site installation.

The gasket is formed with a one-piece welding process rather than joined segments, improving water tightness, air tightness, and long-term ease of cleaning.

Multi-seal adapter frame

Transom and adapter joints use multiple sealing strips to block water infiltration, with the assembly's physical performance verified through GB/T 7106 water, air and wind testing.

Reinforced glazing beads

High-strength cavity-structure beads increase wind-pressure resistance, while dual inner/outer gaskets clamp the glass for a more secure, weathertight installation.

Configurable hardware & finish

Supplied with casement-specific hardware and a choice of powder-coat or ceramic (electrophoretic) finishes across three standard colorways.

About GB/T 7106: GB/T 7106 is China's national test method standard for the air permeability, water tightness and wind load resistance of building exterior windows and doors. It is a laboratory test-method standard, distinct from CE marking or other regional product certifications — project teams working to European or other regional codes should confirm which local standard applies for their jurisdiction.
