1. BD93 passive near‑zero‑energy window complies with performance requirements for external windows of domestic passive buildings. The overall window U‑value reaches 0.8‑1.1 W/(m²‑K).
2. Based on siphon principle, sealing gaskets form an independent pressure‑equalized chamber inside the window, preventing wind‑driven rainwater infiltration into the interior. When indoor‑outdoor air pressure is balanced, rainwater inside the pressure‑equalized chamber drains outward by natural gravity, delivering outstanding waterproof performance.
3. Custom‑developed 54 mm multi‑chamber PA66GF25 thermal break strip with 1.2 mm wall thickness, 48 % thinner than conventional thermal break strips. It blocks heat conduction more effectively. The triple‑seal structure reduces rain penetration through frame‑sash gaps and improves the overall water‑tightness and air‑tightness of the window.
4. Thermal insulation wool and glass cushion pads are installed between thermal break strips and around glass panes, effectively suppressing convective and radiative heat transfer and enhancing whole‑window thermal performance.
5. The middle sealing gasket adopts EPDM co‑extruded hard‑soft foamed gasket with a 13.5° inclined‑plane profile. The triple‑seal structure greatly reduces heat loss caused by air convection.
6. Corner joints use pin‑fixed corner connectors with integrated flow channels. Special glue‑guiding design ensures two‑component adhesive fully reaches inner corners. High structural strength and anti‑brittleness, machining precision up to 0.3 mm, neat flat appearance and significantly improved overall processing efficiency.
